Refunds and cancellation

Try before you buy

AI Shorties has a free 7-day trial, so you can check that it works well on your computer and suits you before you pay.

Your purchase

You buy through Stripe’s checkout. Stripe, through its Link service, is the seller of record. Cancellation and refund rights for your purchase are those shown at checkout and in Stripe’s Link terms, together with any legal rights you have as a consumer where you live.

If something is wrong with your purchase, such as a faulty licence key, or the software is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or help you get a refund.

How to ask

• Email admin@aishorties.net from the address you used at checkout, with your receipt or order details and a short description of the problem.
• You can also contact Link support from your Stripe receipt.

If a purchase is refunded

The licence key for a refunded purchase may be cancelled, and the software may stop accepting it in a later update.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
